Updates on the Construction of the Landmark Project

The University is enormously grateful for the enthusiasm our community has shown for the Landmark Project. Thanks to the generous support of more than 2,500 donors, construction is now underway and the team is working hard, fully in line with public health guidelines, to transform the St. George campus core into a greener, more sustainable, accessible and pedestrian-friendly space.

We continue to make great progress on the Landmark Project. Five borehole drilling rigs are currently at work on Canada's largest urban geothermal field beneath King's College Circle. We’ve also launched phase one of the Sir Daniel Wilson Quad revitalization and will be adding thousands of shrubs and perennials, as well as deciduous and evergreen trees, to our downtown campus over the spring and summer months.
